The atlensia.ch website presents the Atlensia solution. Atlensia is a solution name and does not constitute, in itself, a separate legal entity. The data transmitted via this site is processed by the Nexxom Group and GDZ-IT Services teams according to their respective commercial, technical and operational roles.
2. Data collected
We collect the data you provide directly, including your first and last name, professional email address, company, role, telephone number, demonstration preferences and message content. Minimal technical data may also be generated while you browse the site, including IP addresses, security logs and request metadata. For audience measurement, our self-hosted Umami instance processes only anonymized, aggregated data such as pages viewed, traffic source, device type and estimated country. No analytical cookie or directly identifiable data is stored.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your requests, organize a demonstration, qualify a B2B need, secure the site, ensure pre-contractual monitoring and document our exchanges. Processing is based, as the case may be, on pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, your consent when required, as well as our legal obligations in terms of data protection.
4. Accommodation and transfers
The data collected via atlensia.ch is accessible only to authorized stakeholders and to certain technical service providers necessary for operating the site and processing requests. Treatments are preferred in Switzerland and, when necessary, in the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside these areas is subject to appropriate guarantees within the meaning of the nLPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.
5. Shelf life
Contact and demonstration requests are kept for the time necessary to process your request then, unless there is a subsequent contractual relationship, for a maximum period of 24 months in order to ensure commercial monitoring and pre-contractual traceability. Security-related technical logs are retained for a period proportionate to this objective.

In accordance with the nLPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and limitation.
